All rights for design and contents of this website remain at all times with PWL Logistics and are due to the copyright and other laws to protect personal property. Downloading and/or copying of single pages or parts thereof is for own use only. Prevailing or future application which are designed for downloading are exempted here from, only for private use, i. e. copying, changes, on passing to third persons or other use for commercial purposes are not permitted.
- Access to password protected pages
Access and use of password protected pages is only allowed for authorized persons.
- Processing of personal data
When visiting our website, the name of your standard Internet Service Providers from which you are visiting us, the visited pages, date and visit duration will be saved. Personal data will only be saved if this information is given by you in connection with registration or subscriptions. This information will only be used in connection with our customer relation management.

- Conclusion of Agreement and Liability
If PWL is transferring data to the user, these data have to be checked promptly. In case of transmission errors PWL Logistics has the right to appeal against any declarations. The data transfer is constantly checked against viruses. Anyhow, it cannot be excluded that by means of data transfer the software of the user can be infected in case the user has not undertaken preventive measures. The receipt and saving of data which have been sent by PWL Logistics on request of the user is on the sole risk of the user. Especially PWL Logistics is not liable for such data for which the user did not make periodical (at least once a day) back-up copies.
- No liability for wrong information
Information and contents given by PWL Logistics may contain errors or discrepancies. PWL Logistics is not liable for the correctness of information and contents on the PWL Logistics website or consequences which may have occurred by using the site. These information and contents are taking place only for advertising purposes and are non-binding. No warranty, either explicit or tacit. Other conditions are only applying in case PWL Logistics and the customer have agreed upon unanimous or PWL Logistics will warrant for the correctness.
- Applicable law/place of jurisdiction
For use of the PWL Logistics website only German law applies in. Place of jurisdiction for all disputes which are arising from use of the page is Bremen/Germany - in case the customer is a merchant.
